Paul has over 20 years’ experience in public markets across multiple industry sectors and is an experienced public company director. He is a founding member and investor in several companies operating in the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada, with experience spanning iGaming, manufacturing, technology, and hospitality. Paul has particular expertise in sustainable business models, growth capital financing, and public and private mergers and acquisitions. Since 2014, Paul has been involved in the digital asset and blockchain sector and has worked with established industry participants, including Bitcoin.com and Crypto.com. Paul currently holds senior leadership and advisory roles with a number of organisations, including InterBlock, a diversified technology company; NE-Eco Packaging, a U.S.-focused liquid manufacturing facility; and ProTunes, a B2B music synchronisation, licensing, and royalty payments business.
